Service from Carlo and Alessandra felt personal. they treated me like family. The relaxing garden area with sun loungers by the lake was ideal for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. One downside was occasional noise from nearby tourist activities, but I quickly learned to enjoy the hustle and bustle. navigating through heavy tourist traffic to reach the hotel was sometimes challenging. Nevertheless, these did not overshadow the overall charm and warmth of Hotel Marconi. This place is a treasure. I can't wait to return!

The staff here went out of their way to help us, even providing us with tea when one of us got sick. Don't miss the homemade breakfast by the terrace.

We did have a hiccup with getting the lift to work correctly a couple of times, which was slightly annoying, but it was manageable overall.
